An autobiographical version

The old Greek magazine “Thesauros” (December 25, 1947 – Janouray 29, 1948), published in succession a text bearing the title of Coutaliano’s autobiography. Unfortunately, not all the leaves of the magazine have survived, but from what we have available we understand that its content is not very reliable. The author seems to be mixing myths and truths with various oral traditions, which we cannot verify. Essays of this type were probably intended to stimulate the national sentiment of the beleaguered Greek people, who at the time were trying to be reborn from the ashes of World War II.
