A historical novel that has its merits
“I love things that age well – things that don’t date, that stand the test of time and that become living examples of the absolute best.”
Giorgio Armani
The short-page book of Euripos Drosos is an attempt to save the historical memory of the athlete. The book was published in 1930 by the publisher Aristophanes Papadimitriou, Apart from some indisputable biographical details of the athlete, the author cites a series of incidents that we are not in a position to know if they actually happened or not. We therefore assume that what is written in this book are myths mixed with truths, without this meaning that they have no historical value.
